The Great Firewall of China is Chinese Internet censorship to block access to specific websites. The limitation processed so gradually that people would not notice the change. It reminds me of the story of a boiling frog: a frog is slowly boiled in cold water to death. Such repression, from my perspective, is similar to the Cultural Revolution. In my print, the uniform and the red scarf are inspired by the outfit of Red Guard, whose job was to destroy novel artwork. The struggling hands in the pot made with bricks alike to bricks of the Great Wall represent the ignorant people living in the suppressed society.
